Chelsea, located in north Shelby County, is one of Birmingham's fastest growing communities.  Chelsea is close enough to the city limits of Birmingham that many people choose to commute, and it is far enough removed to feel that you live in a small town.  Chelsea Park is Chelsea's newest and largest planned community with neighborhoods starting from the high $100's to over $500,000.  You know you have arrived at Chelsea Park when you see the large clock tower off of Highway 280.
