Christina Rickey (Chris) with over 20 years of real estate experience, is one of the only Quality Service Certified real estate agents in the Birmingham, Alabama metro area. The Quality Service Certification Program acknowledges Chris’ experience and ability to offer greater value to buyers and sellers by providing consistent, reliable, accountable, and responsive service to every real estate transaction. A licensed broker and real estate agent in Alabama and Georgia, she also shares the distinction of being among the first agents in the United States to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) in 1996. Chris is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation. Chris is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) in addition to being a relocation specialist. Recently, Christina completed coursework to obtain the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. This designation has prepared Chris to assist the aging population in all their real estate needs.
